It seems that most people have a black and white relationship with cilantro; they either love it, or they hate it. Me? I LOVE IT. I use it in cooking quite often, but the down side is that some of the bunch I buy often goes bad before I have a chance to use it. One easy solution: Cilantro Essential Oil!

I use Cilantro Essential Oil for cooking, of course, but beware when cooking with cilantro EO – it’s very concentrated, so a little goes a long way! You can also get its benefits by taking it internally – try putting a few drops in a veggie capsule, or just put a drop or two in cold water to jazz it up a bit. I also like to diffuse it with citrus essential oils for a fresh, herbal aroma. The possibilities are endless with this amazing, versatile oil. (I always have it on hand; three bottles, in fact. I keep one in the kitchen, one in my oil kit, and a back-up bottle!)
